Ellie Imani is an R&B and PopSoul artist offering nothing less than originality. Her track “Can We Talk?” brings in very cool vibes for a love song and the intro alone introduces such a fun, unique sound - I knew this track was going to be good right off the bat. The artist speaks her truth about love and relationships throughout the song with such honest lyrics and an amazing storytelling ability. Even if you can’t relate to the story this song tells, something in the emotion and rhythm makes you understand. Catchy and fun, but also true and emotional, this track did not disappoint.
